Friday, Oct 31st -- Sunday, Nov 2nd
The Point Reyes Peninsula is a premier area for exploring a wide variety of plant communities in coastal California. Each community shows its own unique mix of plants adapted to a particular climate and soil pattern. We'll explore the diversity of rock gardens on coastal bluffs, sand dunes, north coastal scrub, coastal prairie, freshwater marsh, riparian woodland, pine forest, and more. Even in autumn there are remnant flowers, plenty of shrubs and ferns and trees to enjoy.
