Curator Tour: Inside the Mesoamerican Cloud Forest (200-120917)

With less than 2% of natural cloud forest habitat remaining, the Garden’s collection plays an important conservation role. Take a “Walk in the Clouds” with Associate Curator Corey Barnes to learn the amazing story behind this significant collection that was started in 1984. Discover how San Francisco’s mild temperatures and plenty of fog provide perfect conditions for cloud forest plants.
