Drawing Cloud Forest Beauties in Colored Pencil with Nina Antze (213-111016)

November 10, 10am-3pm

Come draw and color the Botanical Garden's array of beautiful cloud forest flowers. Using botanical drawing techniques you will learn about color theory and how to create beautiful color by layering, blending and burnishing.

Live blooms from the Garden will be provided or you may bring your own favorites. All drawing levels welcome. A supply list will be provided. Bring a lunch.

Nina Antze is a botanical artist and quilt maker living in Northern California. She has a degree in Fine Art from San Francisco State University and has a Certificate in Botanical Illustration from the New York Botanical Gardens. Her botanicals can be viewed at her web site, www.pcquilt.com
