Learn how you can grow maple trees in San Francisco, tour the Garden's maples and buy some to plant yourself.

SFBGS Docent Ernie Ng will lead you on a pictorial tour of San Francisco showing these treasured trees flourishing in secret garden nooks. Then you will tour the Botanical Garden's treasured maples, and learn more about their growth habits.

After the program, you can purchase assorted cultivars of Japanese Maples from Wildwood Farm Nursery's collection, at our Plant Arbor. Fifty percent of the proceeds will benefit San Francisco Botanical Garden Society.
