The San Francisco Botanical Garden continues full day Master Photography Workshop this Spring. This workshop will be led by renowned garden photographer and SFBGS Photography Program Director, Saxon Holt.
This workshop will be limited to 12 participants and will be very interactive with personal instruction from Saxon. The session will begin with a tour of the Botanical Garden studying pre-determined photo opportunities Following this tour, there will be a presentation addressing the concepts of visualizing a garden and thinking like a camera.
During the afternoon session, Saxon will speak on topics ranging from the basics of digital photography to editing your photos. Following this presentation, participants will be receiving a photographic assignment within the Garden. Upon completion of the assignment in the garden after normal closing time, Saxon will critique images online from each participant.
