Master Urban Composter 2011 Certification Program (212-3040)

January 12th-March 15th, 2011: Wednesday evenings 3:30pm-6:30pm (except 2/3 & 3/15)

The San Francisco Botanical Garden is excited to present the 2011 Certification Program for Master Urban Composter.  Taught by The Worm Lady, Alane Weber, this program features hands-on workshops, lectures and class projects. A special focus of the 2011 program will be urban waste reduction, with a no smell, no pests emphasis.  
 
Other topics include: Apartments, condos and small gardens: Urban green waste composting & worm composting; and Compost biology, Soil Foodweb, and Vermi-composting. Off-site field trip included.
