  • Learn the many ways herbs can be used in your Thanksgiving meal

  • Learn how to incorporate herbs with medicinal properties in your cooking

  • Participants will have an opportunity to help make a variety of herbal preparations IN CLASS

    • In this class Georgann will discuss some classic herbs for your Thanksgiving Dinner. She will also discuss the abundant of healthful and healing powers of herbs. In the last portion of the class we will prepare a handful of herbal preparations for use as food, medicine, bathing, celebrations, and rituals. We will end the class with herbs for sale, courtesy of Cole Canyon Farm and Nursery.
