Sat, Apr 3, 12:00pm--3:30pm Thomas Wang - noted local ethnobotanist - will share his knowledge of plants used in China that may be unfamiliar to Western gardeners and cooks. His presentation will include a field trip to a local Chinese market and herb shop to actually see and learn about these plants and their uses. Our journey of discovery will start with a traditional Chinese Tea Tasting. |
