A Chocolate Tasting Event (212-1500)

Wednesday, December 16, 2009, 6:30pm - 8pm

Please join Seneca Klassen of Bittersweet Cafe as he shares a presentation about the botany and cultural history of Theobroma cacao, and its long and complex journey from pod to chocolate. You'll then enjoy a tasting of 5 origin chocolates, gaining an understanding about the importance of post-harvest processing and quality finishing.
