Ayurveda, the native medical system of India, is built around the use of natural ingredients to improve health. Local Ayurvedic practitioner Thomas Taylor illuminates ancient techniques for using familiar plants to lower cholesterol, strengthen the immune system, aid digestion and improve health using nature’s pharmacy.

Class participants will gain a solid understanding of this ancient healing practice while learning to blend their own custom teas to take home.
